Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs or coarsely crushed croutons
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together soup, cheese, milk, mayo and egg, then pour over broccoli.
Mix together the bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
