Audrey'S Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk, divided (1/2 c. and 1 c.)
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil (to grease pan only)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk, then roll in flour/pepper mixture.
    Put oil in a baking dish and heat in oven for a minute.
    Then place chicken in hot oil, breast side down.
    Bake 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes more.
    Turn chicken again and pour the soup/1 cup buttermilk mixture over chicken.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
