Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Blend the ingredients until light and fluffy. Put vanilla wafers in the bottom of cupcake liners and a tablespoonful of batter on top. Cook for 20 minutes in preheated 375\u00b0 oven. After they are thoroughly cooled, put Cool Whip on top and a cherry.
