Favorite Toffee Treat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Arrange 40 crackers on foil lines 11 x 17-inch baking pan. Bring butter and sugar to boil for 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over and let stand until softened.
Spread over the top and sprinkle with nuts. Place in freezer to cool.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
It won't last long!
