Pork Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. pork, cut in small chunks
8 to 10 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. soy sauce or salt to taste
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours.
