Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 double pork chops or pork loin roast
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 small chopped onion
    12 oz. can chopped mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cinnamon
    1 can consomme
Preparation
    Cut pockets in chops or roast.
    Mix together all ingredients except consomme.
    Stuff the pockets.
    Cook 2 hours at 375\u00b0, basting with the consomme.
    Serves 6.
