Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1 c. white wine (Chablis is best)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Clean and drain scallops.
    On stove, melt butter in baking dish or pan on a low temperature.
    Add scallops, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Saute 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in wine.
    Sprinkle cheese over the top of the mixture.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes to brown the cheese.
    Serve hot.
