Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in butter until soft but not brown. Add dried beef; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add rice and continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
Makes 6 servings.
