Stir-Fry Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 split chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 tomatoes, cut into 6 wedges
    1 c. brown rice, cooked
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix water, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce.
    Set aside.
    Coat a wok with cooking spray.
    Add oil and heat to 375\u00b0.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
