Turkey And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
    3 c. or more diced cooked turkey or chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 egg
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put broccoli that has been boiled slightly and well drained into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place turkey on top of broccoli; mix soups, egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Pour over turkey.
    Next add layer of cheese.
    Melt margarine and stir into stuffing mix.
    Put stuffing on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered until casserole is bubbling and browning, about 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 people generously.
