Yogurt Riata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped finely
    2 tsp. coriander, chopped
    1/2 tomato, chopped
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    Blend yogurt, cucumber, onion, coriander, tomato and salt until completely coated.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve with rice, dal, meat and chicken.
    Can also be eaten alone with bread.
