Unbaked Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Port wine or strawberry juice
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
whipped cream topping

Preparation

Heat wine and water to simmering.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add block of frozen strawberries and lemon juice to hot mixture, breaking up the block to hasten process.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
