Beef And Rice Fiesta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 can (7 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 medium tomato
1 green pepper
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet, leaving meat in large chunks.
Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender.
Add water, soup, salt, corn and chili powder.
Bring to boil.
Stir in rice.
Add tomato (cut in eighths) and green pepper cut in strips or rings. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Makes about 5 servings.
