Sauce For Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 bottles Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 bottle catsup
    1/4 bottle garlic salt
    1/2 bottle (medium) lemon juice
    1 box poultry seasoning
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. butter (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients and bring to a quick boil. Baste deer about every 1/2 hour. Cook slowly at 225\u00b0 until meat falls off the bone.
    If using crock-pot, wrap meat in foil and follow instructions.
