Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    2 c. green pepper strips
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can (10 1/4 oz.) beef gravy or homemade
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook beef until browned, stirring often.
    Remove, set aside.
    In remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook peppers and onion with garlic powder until tender crisp, stirring often.
    Stir in gravy and Worcestershire.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return beef to skillet.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
