Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice (concentrate)
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/8 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika
    2 tsp. Wyler's chicken flavored bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon ReaLemon; combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Dip chicken in mixture, then in flour mixture.
    In skillet, brown chicken with margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon in water; add with remaining ReaLemon to skillet.
    Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 servings.
