Pork Chop Casserole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    1/2 green pepper
    pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes as in scalloped potatoes.
    Put in bottom of large casserole.
    Slice onion and separate rings.
    Add to potatoes. Dice green pepper; add to rest.
    On stove, brown pork chops quickly.
    Place on top of casserole.
    In pan on stove melt mushroom soup and milk.
    Pour over entire casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or so, depending on the thickness of the chops.
    Delicious!!
