Lemon Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and egg yolks.
    Slowly add boiling water.
    Add butter or oleo.
