Easy (Peach) Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 c. peeled and sliced peaches, nectarines or apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. + 2/3 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon baking mix and cinnamon in 1-quart casserole.
Mix remaining 2/3 cup baking mix with brown sugar in medium bowl.
Cut in butter until size of small peas.
Stir in milk until moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick in crust comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Good served warm with ice cream.
