Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. maple syrup or Karo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    dash of salt
    1 large raw sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender and drop potato pieces in a few at a time.
    Blend until potato is fine.
    You may have to pour a little of the liquid in dish to make room for all of the potato. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
