Zesty Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red, yellow or green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    2 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread
    1/4 c. celery slices
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove seeds from peppers.
    Combine remaining ingredients; fill each pepper with approximately 1/3 cup of rice mixture.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 6 servings.
