Fancy Saucy Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) peach preserves
    2 lb. (2 packs) franks
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, cook preserves and barbecue sauce until bubbly.
    Cut franks 1/4-inch thick.
    Add franks to saucepan. Boil.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Mix water and cornstarch until smooth. Add to hot mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    Serves 25.
