Salmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
    Roll in chopped walnuts and parsley.
    Roll in foil or Saran Wrap.
    Chill well so they slice easily for your appetizer tray.
