Pork Tenderloin Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    4 thick pork tenderloin patties
    4 (1/2-inch thick) onion slices
    4 (1/2-inch thick) slices unpeeled tomatoes
Preparation
    Cross 2 strips of bacon and place 1 patty in the center.
    Then place 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice on top of patty.
    Bring the bacon over the top and fasten with a toothpick.
    Do this with all 4 patties.
    Bake 2 hours, covered, in a 350\u00b0
    oven.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes.
    If necessary, in the last half hour of cooking, add a little water.
