Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar (lightly packed)
1 c. margarine or butter
1 c. oil
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. coconut
1 c. oats
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
In bowl, combine first 9 ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Add and mix well the remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
