Orange Fondant-Stuffed Dates - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
4 tsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. orange extract
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
Preparation

Cream together powdered sugar and butter.
Mix in orange peel, juice and extract.
Place in pastry tube; pipe into dates. Makes about 32.
