Dried Peaches(To Fry Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Bushel unpeeled peaches
    5 lb of sugar
    1 c vinegar (5%)
Preparation
    Slice peaches (Remove seed) Add sugar and vinegar.
    Let set over night.
    The next morning cook slowly for 2-3 hours.
    Put in pint jars and put under water bath for 15 minutes.
