Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Wash rhubarb.
    Cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar, flour and eggs.
    Add to rhubarb; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into prepared 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
    Cover with top crust. Brush with mixture of 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
