Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; stir well and chill. Serve with boiled shrimp. Yield: About 3 cups.
