Brown Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Jonathan apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples.
    Toss with next 4 ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1 stick margarine until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over pie.
    Place in a heavy large brown paper bag and fold down twice.
    Fasten with three paper clips.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Do not open and peek until time to take pie from oven, as bag might catch on fire.
    If left alone the pie does fine and there's nothing to worry about.
