Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 medium onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook rice by package directions. Brown sausage and onion; drain and set aside. Heat soup and milk. Layer 1/2 of the rice in casserole dish. Add layer of sausage and onion, then 1/2 of soup mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until cheese melts and slightly brown.
