Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    2 c. vegetable shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and brown sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix together the vinegar and egg; add water to fill 1 cup.
    Makes 4 single crusts.
    Dough may be frozen until ready to use.
