Horseradish Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated and softened to room temperature
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    In food processor, blend 2 cheeses.
    Add horseradish and butter briefly blending.
    Spoon into bowl and refrigerate about 3 hours until stiff.
