Tofu Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box firm tofu, mashed
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. fine chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. dry parsley
    3/4 tsp. sweet basil
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    3/4 c. quick oats
Preparation
    Mix in rice and oats.
    Form into patties on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes on the first side; flip patties, 20 minutes on the second side.
