Zucchini Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini squash
    2 c. red pepper
    2 c. green pepper
    4 c. onions
    1/3 c. canning salt
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring to boil; add the first ingredients and cook 25 minutes and can.
    Makes 4 pints.
