Ingredients

4 c. bread crumbs (dried) or corn bread crumbs
1 tsp. dried celery leaves or to your taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes or to your taste
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes or to your taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Take old bread (not molded) and dry it in a 200\u00b0 oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Crumble bread into crumbs.
To dry celery leaves, place leaves from stalks of celery into a pie pan and dry in a 200\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes until crumbly.
