Apple Stuffing Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) pork loin roast, cut almost through in 4 slices
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped apples
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. savory
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steaks to serving size.
    Spray with low-fat Pam on each side.
    Sprinkle each side with seafood seasoning.
    Place on broiler tray.
    Cook maximum of 5 minutes on each side on broiler setting.
    Serve with steamed rice and salad.
    Top with favorite salsa or picante sauce.
