Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick corn oil oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. long grain rice (not instant rice)
1 can beef consomme
1 1/4 c. boiling water or 1 can beef bouillon
2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Melt oleo in Corning Ware casserole.
Add onions, stir until cooked but not brown (use low heat).
Add rice and continue cooking and stirring until rice turns white.
Add consomme and bouillon, stir well.
Cover casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
