Apple Cheese Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
8 medium apples, pared and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. sifted flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Arrange apples in buttered baking dish.
Add water.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Cut
margarine in with pastry blender until mixture is consistency of corn meal.
Lightly stir in cheese.
Cover apples with this mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
