Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pkg. lasagna, uncooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna 12 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
    In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion and garlic.
    Cook until beef is brown; drain.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    In large shallow buttered baking dish, layer 1/3 each lasagna, meat sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
