Hamburger Pot-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger (ground chuck)
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 medium potatoes, diced
    favorite pie crust
Preparation
    Place hamburger in medium size saucepan.
    Cover with water; cook while you are dicing onion and celery, after which you add to hamburger and continue cooking.
    Dice potatoes; add to mixture, cooking only until potatoes are half done.
    Pour into baking dish and place your favorite pie crust on top.
    Cut slits in dough. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until crust is nicely browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
