Crispy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets (your favorite fresh or frozen choice of fish)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 Tbsp. sunflower oil or corn oil
    1/3 c. unsweetened corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry fillets and season with the salt and pepper.
    Dip in the oil and drain.
    Coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Arrange in a lightly oiled or Pam sprayed baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes when tested.
    Serves 4.
