Potato And Mushroom Salad(Makes About 5 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes, cooked and cubed (about 4 c.)
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Wyler's or Steero chicken flavor instant bouillon
Preparation
    In shallow dish, combine potatoes, mushrooms, celery and onions.
    In small bowl or jar, mix remaining ingredients; pour over potato mixture.
    Cover; refrigerate 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
