Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pecan halves
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 stick butter
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine pecan halves, sugars and butter in a saucepan.
    Bring the milk to a boil and pour over the pecan mixture.
    Place over medium heat and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
    Beat for 30 seconds.
    Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.
    Makes 24 pralines.
