Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. shredded coconut
1 c. pecans
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift
together flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. In large
mixer
bowl, beat sugar and salad oil for 2 minutes. Beat in\teggs,
one
at\ta time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Add flour mixture, beating just until blended.
Mix in carrots and pecans.
