Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    3 c. precooked rice
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
    Place in large skillet with margarine and mushrooms (drain juice from mushrooms). Brown chicken.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and milk; simmer 25 minutes.
    Bring to a boil; add precooked rice.
    Cook until tender. Add Parmesan cheese for additional flavor.
