Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 scant c. milk
1/2 c. flour or trifle more
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Grease pancake griddle lightly.
Make a thin pancake, using 1 or 2 tablespoons batter.
When bubbles form, turn and brown other side.
