Spaghetti Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. cooked spaghetti
    fresh grated low-fat cheese
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 (3 c.) diced broiled chicken breast
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add onions, garlic and green pepper.
    Reduce heat to medium and saute until onions are melted (about 5 minutes).
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Add chicken breasts, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
    Simmer about 7 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in spaghetti and continue to simmer until heated through (1 to 2 minutes).
    Serve hot, sprinkled with low-fat or non-fat cheese.
    Yields 4 servings.
