Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 small carrots
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of boiling, salted water about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    In a skillet, melt butter; add sugar and honey.
    Simmer mixture for 2 minutes.
    Add carrots and cook over low heat, turning until well glazed, about 5 minutes. Serves 6.
