Baked Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kidney beans
    4 slices bacon
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, diced
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    15 oz. stewed tomatoes
    2 celery stalks
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Barely cover beans with water after dinner.
    Drain and replace the water before bedtime.
    In the morning, bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
    Pour off water; refill with new water, adding salt and soda.
    Simmer until almost done, or let soak until 4 hours before dinner.
